Both of these teams need a shakeup so I am throwing this deal out there to see how feasible it might be. Both teams will probably want to swing for bigger targets but with the tax aprons, etc. it will be tough. This would probably be a fallback option for both teams to visit at the deadline.
Heat get Russell and Vincent
Lakers get Rozier, Bryant and Richardson.
Why?
Heat get an expiring in Russell who is taller and could fit a little better in the backcourt with Herro. They also reunite with Gabe who they could hope would resurrect some of his play with his old team. The Heat know he can fit and knows the system. This also frees up a roster spot to sign one of their 2 way guys.
Lakers get Rozier who can help create for the Lakers team and take some pressure off LeBron. They get off the Vincent deal who has been terrible since signing his contract. They also get some front-court depth and reunite with Thomas Bryant. They also get some backcourt depth with Richardson.
Richardson or Bryant could also be routed to a 3rd team to make everything work under the tax apron
Thoughts?

Neither team can take back more than 100% in a trade so it needs a 3rd team

And then the question becomes which team is paying the third team.

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

Yes. There is a $400,000 difference in salaries. Maybe the Heat or Lakers send $2 or $3 million cash to a 3rd team to cover Bryant’s or Richardson salary.

No thanks. I don't care for Russell and I don't see why we should eat Vincent

Both by adding Charlotte in.
Charlotte trades Micic to Miami while taking back Gabe Vincent and Thomas Bryant. Miami maybe pays more of it. Charlotte takes on money and an extra year of Vincent’s contract. Miami and Los Angeles trim something lie $4 million each off their payrolls.

This deal would free up $13 million off next years payroll. If Jimmy opts in the second apron concerns are real for the Heat if they want to try to improve this roster.
