Elijah Harkless and the Utah Jazz have agreed to a Two-Way deal.
In 18 games this season with the San Diego Clippers in the G League, Harkless is averaging 16.4 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 2.4 steals. Harkless is widely considered one of the best defensive players in the G League.
