TOR trades: Bruce Brown
DET trades: Simone Fontecchio, Wendell Moore Jr., 2025 TOR 2nd
Detroit wants some guard depth to help offset the loss of Ivey. I think they probably regret trading Brown in the first place, but he will continue to be a good fit once Ivey is back, unlike a lot of other options (e.g., ... Sexton). Toronto doesn't get a first back, but they do reduce their salaries a lot, they return a useful 3/4 who can probably be flipped to another team for some small value, and they get their high 2nd back.
