Jacob Toppin will sign a Two-Way deal with the Atlanta Hawks. Toppin was recently waived by the New York Knicks.
Toppin appeared in 16 games this season with the Knicks. In 11 G League games, Toppin averaged 25.2 points, 8.3 rebounds and 4.1 assists in 39.7 minutes.
