Clippers/Hornets( and Bulls or do we cut them??)

CLIPPERS
In:Miles Bridges
Out: Bogdan/K.Brown/CChristie /FRP 25

Harden/Dunn
Powell/Coffey
Bridges/DJJ
Leonard/Batum
Zubac/Eubanks

Clippers get a starter to stay in contention..

HORNETS
In: Bogdanovic/K.Brown/Christie/FRP25
Out:Bridges

Rumors that Miles will be available..here he gets a late FRP and his contract would expire since Bogdan has a TO at the end of next year.. Bogdanovic is a nice player that could help on the court or get some extra value back at the upcoming deadline.. he also gets a couple of young guys to keep an eye on.

2

This would be a different move...based on some recent moves by the Hornets...they get young guys with potential, here they get a local prospect who needs a fresh start

HORNETS
In:P.Williams
Out:G.Williams/K Brown/SRP NOP(Now 34)

BULLS
In:G.Williams/Brown/34
Out:P.Williams

P.Williams has not worked for them..they eliminate the last few years, save some money in the short and long term and get a good SRP

Bridges will likely be available, but not for the junk in this trade.

Also a strong no on Patrick Williams, we cannot spend even more money on guys that can't score, our entire wing rotation (minus Miller) is basically him in smaller contracts

The Bulls want to be left out. Brown is nothing but filler, G Williams only saves a couple of million dollars which is why Brown is even in the deal, has stats only close to what PWilliams has put up and is older. The Bulls have their own pick back so #34 is going to be a G League guy rather than sit in the 15th chair on the bench. The Bulls know the defense that P Williams brings for the, you probably haven't seen how often down the stretch he picks up the opposition's star PG. Maybe they haven't seen consistent offense from him but when given the ball he's got it. And if he's just not that good as some want to portray, why is CHA giving so much for him?

Patrick Williams must be one of the worst contracts in the NBA. No thank you.

Bridges doesn't make the Clippers anywhere near a contender, unless we are talking about team with worst off court issues. And team is still too reliant on Kawhi.

As such, would rather keep a cleaner cap sheet, see if Cam can develop and get Jones/Jase/Evans at #30 and see if they can develop.
