Dave Roberts and the Los Angeles Dodgers have agreed to a four-year extension worth $32.4 million, which is a record average annual value for a manager. Craig Counsell previously signed a five-year, $40 million contract with the Chicago Cubs.
Roberts\' deal will run from 2026 to 2029. Rodgers has led the Dodgers to two World Series win, two additional National League pennants and eight division titles. From 2016 to 2024, the Dodgers have won a combined 907 regular season and postseason games.
