Cade Cunningham missed the Detroit Pistons' 133-122 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday night with a calf contusion.
Cunningham, who hurt his calf last week against the Mavs, has now missed three games in a row with the injury.
Cunningham is listed as day-to-day.
