Mazzulla Era Celtics:
2022-23: Beaten every team at least once
2023-24: Beaten every team at least once except the Nuggets
2024-25: Beaten every team at least once except the Thunder (and the Grizzlies*)

It's still unlikely we get the 1 seed but I can't help noticing the Cavs' lead has shrunk from 9 games to 4. Cavs about to play the Clips today and it could go down to 3.5.

Edit: close but no cigar
Gonna miss KP but he's no Georges Niang.

It's completely arbitrary but I really want at least a 5-3 record to end the season to get to that 60 win mark.

I'm pretty sure our game Wed vs Heat was originally on ESPN but looks like we got bumped in favor of Cavs-Knicks. Celtics-Heat is on League Pass now for viewers outside of Boston.

Brandon Clarke and a guy named Zyon Pullin are OUT for Memphis. Is this the healthiest MEM team we’ll face ever??

Brown is QUESTIONABLE for BOS while Maine guys are all OUT.

I want the road trip sweep. Dunno if a 6-game road trip has been swept by a Celtics team before. Maybe in the Russell era?

The Celtics have never swept the month of March in franchise history. With a win here, C's would end up with the 3rd best record (14-1) in March behind 1982 Celtics (16-1) and 1973 Celtics (15-1). Mazzulla's teams have previously gone 12-4 last season when he won CotM for March and 10-6 two seasons ago.

Side-note: A win here would help former Celtics coach Ime Udoka clinch a playoff spot for his team (if HOU also wins tonight). They would become the 2nd West team to qualify for the postseason. It would be their first playoff appearance since Harden's final full season with the Rockets.

Is Memphis the closest NBA city to JT’s hometown?

The Grizz have been a mess lately. Their firing of their coach that late before the playoff push is something unheard of.

Which means they will come out firing on all cylinders tonight, hitting every circus shot. Gotta be ready.

via @ByJayKing:
"Derrick White on what has positioned the Celtics with a chance to complete a 6-0 road trip: “Winning the first five, I guess.”

DWhite is a smart, smart man.

Kornet is now listed as QUESTIONABLE. This seriously reduces our chance to sweep to an all-time low.

We at least hope that's from his head.
