Omg this is absolutely incredible you guys we won our 60th big game of the season it's a dream come true!

Derrick and Al and Jayson and Payton and Sam and Luke and Jrue and KP and Baylor and Torrey and Neems and the Maine crew and THE WHOLE CELTICS TEAM!

Celts played a good spirited game, but in the 1st half they just could not make shots. Still led at halftime lol, and then water found its level or whatever they say, and we put on a show in the 2nd half and rolled to the win! Hooray!

60+ wins for the 2nd straight season! Celtics, baby!!

Hornets again Sunday in the final game of the regular season, Go C's!

Buffalo and PP smoke the cigar (surely Payton already has 6th Man of the Year in the bag)

I have to say, I felt a bit guilty/bad for Hornets fans during the 4th quarter smackdown, brings back horrible memories of the Pitino/late 90s/early 00 dark years for us. Also I like their caller Eric Collins and deserves to call for a decent team one day

Only four 60-win seasons since Bird. Two by KG/PP/Ray and two by JT/JB/DW.

Shout-out to PP and Hauser who lit it up off the bench. 42 points combined on 23 shots. 10/14 from deep. We will need them to be sharp in the playoffs.

EDIT: The bench outscored the starters, 69 to 61. Nice.

If Tatum's regular season is done, he was one assist shy of a true 6-apg season.
If White's season is done, he joins Bird (2x) and Tatum (2x) as the only Celtics players with 16/4/4 seasons on 60%+ TS%.

I am so dang happy with how much Baylor has improved over the course of thee year
Like he wasnt awesome or anything tonight but he really fits in on an NBA court
I was really concerned after the first half of the year, that Scheierman was simply not gonna be able to play at this level
he's been great, moving it, filling in spots and just bringing a Holiday-esque gapfilling quality with his feel and toughness

great to see JD get an NBA highlight, and for Craig to continue to mix it up

And Sam is an absolute sniper

Tonight might’ve pushed me off of Walsh Island though. I will start agreeing with posters who say he just doesn’t show any signs of having it

Better question is why KP didnt play in the second half because he looked fine ending second QT

I was never super worried about Baylor (probably because I was much higher on him than most when he was drafted and you could see the progress in Maine) but this has to be the fastest anybody has gone from stacking up DNP-CDs to being too good for garbage time duty.
