I was not a big fan of Darko last season and even wanted him fired but this season he has grown on me. I genuinely think he is a good person and I think at this point of the franchise he is the right person for the job

Darko talks about an instance where he calls out Scottie and I LOVE that. Don't want him doing that to media but in private is amazing to hear that even the star players are held accountable.

i suppose on way to ensure the media dont insult anyone else, they just stopped turning on mics all together.
probably smart given the foreign-ness of the current person speaking.

i agree, i thought he was Masai's yes man but this year seeing how the players react to him its clear they respect and like him. At this point in time when development is the goal he is absolutely the right coach.

Can't find the whole video, so audio must be that bad. People doing podcasts for 1st time are better than a telco company it seems.

Training wheels off for Darko next season. Time to prioritize winning.

Ya he spends alot of effort to build rapport and develop relationship with the players. When needed he can (and did) come down hard and hold the players accountable without alienating them.

from dec 5th through jan 11, we were 1-16.

we lost games by 29, 29, 39, 24 and 24 from dec 26 to jan 8th.

many teams would've tossed in the towel and just quit but he kept the team together and kept them into games. if he wasn't respected, that would not have happened.

I've decided to believe (with no proof whatsoever) that this is a hardcore case of nepotism.

There is no other logical reason why they can't get something so simple, so wrong, so consistently.
