Defense:
Lets go straight up on this one.
White - Honestly and elite defender at this point. Best shotblocking guard in the league a menace at all times
Allen - My weakest defender, but has a relentless motor and size/speed to stick with Joe Dumars who was far less an offensive threat at this point in his career.
Kawhi - Takes on Tatum. And I love JT, but prime Kawhi defensively is going to make him WORK.
Paul Pierce - Will take on Crash. This is not a tough cover per say for Pierce. He can manage well enough here as Crash was kind of 1 dimensional
Mourning - One of the best at protecting the paint area. He can give KG everything he can handle. He has the speed, athleticism and size to cover everything that KG does.
Offense.
I have a pretty dope offense, imo.
Kawhi at his absoltue peak, he had, arguably, one of the best playoff runs of all time. Adding to him elite shooting and secondary scoring from Ray Allen AND paul pierce and to a slightly smaller degree, Derrick White.
Mourning gives an awesome low post presence when needed as well as an elite rim runner lob target.
4-high volume 3pt shooters with a rim running, screen setter who can post up in the middle is always a recipe for success.
This team can run as well off of defensive stops.
