Based on watching a couple of Pacers' games early in the season, when both Nembhard and Nesmith were out and the team D looked inept, I'd say:

I like them both! Why do I have to choose? And the Pacers certainly won't choose, but will keep them both.
I'd choose Nembhard. Nembhard is locked in on a below value contract, and fills a bunch of roles that are often really hard to fill, so while Nesmith is a really good 3+D player, there are dozens of similar players, and only a handful of guys like Nembhard in the league.
