Phoenix can't aggregate another salary with Durant's as part of an outgoing trade package, due to being over the second apron. If the end result of the trade sees Phoenix go below the second apron, or if a proposed trade works without aggregating salaries, the Suns could include Allen or O'Neale as part of the outgoing package in a Durant deal.
