Good deal for both sides, all the contracts are lined up to expire same time as AD's.

Good for Kyrie who secured long term money while rehabbing from a major injury.

Bad for nba fans who feel the Mavs don't deserve any success after the Luka blunder lol

Fair deal. Both these guys will be about finished in three years and the Mavs get space to build around Flagg.

You did not.

It’s 119 million for 3 years.

Not sure how you could have gotten 70 tbh.

No... Just below 40/yr.

I think Dallas may regret, but we'll see.

Excellent contract for both sides. I was nervous of the amount it would take.

That’s a lot of money for a 33 year old who doesn’t play that often and is coming off a major injury. But I guess if you have AD and Flagg you want to keep Kyrie.

Easy to say that, but given they currently have AD who is roughly on the same timeline and limited depth letting Kyrie walk was an unviable strategy.

Banking on the health of AD/Kyrie is a very risky move but it’s the path they’ve been on since the trade.

Am I the only one not seeing twitter load about half of the time on RealGM? Seems to be that way on iPhone and pc.

That’s right around time Lively gets paid but right before Flagg’s rookie extension. So this is a reasonable price for a player of Irving’s caliber

So Dallas basically will pay 80 mi for 1 year of Kyrie, then he will opt out and re-sign again... or not.

Seems like a lot. Are the Mavericks going to extend Lively this summer too?
