Double sign and trade Grimes for Kuminga is it legel?

Going to add a poll.

So the sign and trade rule basically is that a player counts for the full contract incoming, effectively costs half for the outgoing team. If you are executing 2 at once for the same or similar price, could that work?

Grimes/Kuminga both sign 4 year 110M(something starting off 25M with increases) 4th year player option.

Rationale for the Warriors: Grimes is able to replicate a lot of what Klay used to be (good shooter, good defender, able playmaker) I am probably higher on him than most here, so I will not go full effusive in my support, but basically Warriors land a 2-way starter at the wing to plug next to Curry/Butler.

Rationale for Sixers: Maxey, Edgecomb are both fast electric players. PG and Embiid are who they are. The future of Maxey, Edgecomb, and Kuminga could actually be pretty exciting. Since he can play both forward positions, that also helps with their glut in the back court.

Looks to me like it puts them both over the first apron which makes it illegal, since they're each receiving an S&T player. Plus, they'd each be receiving 25M and sending out 12.5M.
