The scoring versatility and halfcourt playmaking ability is more in favor of Hardaway/Hill than the defensive advantage for Drexler/Pippen

But it really depends on how long you're using "prime" here. If it's anything more than three years, then you might have to go with Clyde and Scottie, because Penny didn't give you much more than three years.

In the late 80s and early 90s Drexler was a great playmaker. Don't think Drexler/Pippen are less playmakers than AHardaway/Hill. They might be better at everything actually.
