tl;dr: Run an inverted ball screen with Bane setting the pick for Paolo

To my point last night about not hunting the right matchups/mismatches, that video summed it up by saying we don't spam what worked. He said we scored 6 of 8 possessions where we ran the inverted P&R/P with Paolo and Bane? That's impressive actually. Small sample size but in theory, wasn't that the vision?

More pick and rolls. This is not brain science. That play is the most efficient play in the NBA, and suits Bane and Banchero/F-Wagner very, very well.

They may be feeling out some sets early on? I hope that if Timph can figure it out then Our professional NBA coaches will to. Regardless, they have got to hit their FTs. It’s effing ridiculous at this point.

They can not run one play all the time. They had to mix it up to balance the Xs and Os or making the defense guess. That is just balance. However, I do think they need to run the play more. Inverted Pick and Rolls with intentionality
