We can't keep CMB on the bench he needs to play with the starter. Dude is light years ahead making a difference on D with this team than any other player we have on the squad.

Pretty great games from most of our guys tonight. This Grizz team kinda sucks so this was an important to get especially with no Morant. Rematch against the Bucks should be interesting.

I wonder what IQ and Poeltl off the bench would look like....Shead and CMB in the starting lineup to improve the defense.

Once Darko gets this team to stay consistent on D we'll be alright

CMB has all intangibles that not many rookies possess. He mostly plays calm, doesnt force things, makes right reads and mixes up his offence. He is vocal on the court with the guys. Sure he will have some random bullet pass turnovers but his intention is right.

Scottie in the postgame when asked about his 3 point shooting:

"If they play off me... give me an easy one. I need that"

"When an easy one goes in another one is going up right away"

Didnt think i would see a worse rebounding team than ours without Poeltl out but i was wrong. Scottie really stuffed the stat sheet tonight

IQ took 5 shots total, 4 of them 3s (50%). There just isn't enough shots in our SL, especially with CMB in there for Poeltl who is low volume. Give him credit for playing in the flow of the offense and letting other guys get theirs.

A nice boost to their confidence. They have a pretty soft schedule in November so fully expecting them to claw back above .500 in the next few weeks

he hit timely shots when raps needed someone to generate offense with grizzlies pushing

this is something raps haven't had since kawhi , or gasp derozan days

even last few years, FVV and Pascal didn't had that ability to get the mid-ranger bucket

Loved what he provided to start the fourth. Just so smooth.

This is the type of rebounding effort they need every night. Shows they are capable of doing it even against a team with some size up front.

Who cares if he starts in the SL or on the bench. It seems to be in our best interest to limit Poeltl's minutes to ~20-25 min. That's 28 mins at C and probably another 5-10mins at F to get him plenty of minutes this season.

He had that back back to back plays in the 3rd that were so smooth. Finger roll off the spin and a few dribble moves through contact and taking his time to finish through 2 defenders. Love his game

The offensive upside on this squad is damn high. Everybody can score and everyone can pass. It's tough to defend.

Can Darko make a D plan that works tho.

CMB is looking like he's definitely starting material going forward and might be already.

Shead is looking real nice. Good bench PG is looking like his floor atm. Starting PG not out of question. The FVV path is right there for him.
