soybean, while I and the rest of the Sonics faithful thank you profusely for refraining from the typical Nate & Jamal going home offer, we will have to pass on this one as well. Basically, we would only be interested in D Lee or F Jones' expiring contract.

Incoming Players
Fred Jones
6-2 SG from Oregon
6.6 ppg, 2.2 rpg, 2.2 apg in 25.0 minutes
Malik Rose
6-7 PF from Drexel
1.6 ppg, 1.8 rpg, 0.3 apg in 10.0 minutes
Eddy Curry
6-11 C from Thornwood (HS)
13.7 ppg, 5.1 rpg, 0.6 apg in 27.2 minutes
Outgoing Players
Robert Swift
7-0 C from Bakersfield (HS)
1.6 ppg, 3.0 rpg, 0.2 apg in 16.1 minutes
Damien Wilkins
6-6 SG / SF from Georgia
11.2 ppg, 3.6 rpg, 2.4 apg in 28.8 minutes
Luke Ridnour
6-1 PG from Oregon

Kurt Thomas
6-9 PF / C from Texas Christian

I don't think very much of Ridnour and Swift gets hurt too much for me to accept this deal if I were NY.

Swift is rumored to have knee issues resulting from the excess weight of ink on his body.

From what I understand, many sonic fans are very high on Wilkins.

I don't like Curry's game much at all anyway, but I don't see him fitting in well in the Sonics up-tempo offense.

There's no such thing as a blockbuster trade if a player is leaving the Knicks because, quite frankly, there isn't anyone on their roster (Curry and Randolph included) that remotely deserves to be associated with the word blockbuster. Now you may trade a lot of bodies, but that doesn't make it a blockbuster trade in my book.
