krause was the master of getting value for crap early on. for example, do you realize he traded jawaan oldham for a first round pick? that pick, from the knicks was used for polynice, which was traded for pippen!
he was always great at holding on to his players so tightly until people thought they had more value than they should. and it worked. i think pax has taken this lesson. hopefully this strategy doesnt get stale and he cuts bate with some of these guys soon before the rest of the league catches on to their averageness.
Pax can take a lesson from Krause

Too late. The 'averageness' has become very apparent this year.

Early on, that strategy worked for Krause. Eventually though, his cloak and dagger way of working turned off a lot of GM's and they didn't even want to deal with him.
He also made some horrible trades near the end of his realm as Bulls GM.
Right now Paxson just needs to gauge interest from other teams and get whatever he can for Gordon, Duhon, Wallace, Hinrich, and Deng.
This teams needs to be blown up, and immediately.

Bosh has trademarked the name Homo Ostrich in order to prevent announcers and fans from using it to describe his game.

krause's legacy was long enough to where his negatives overwhelmed his positives. he drafted and signed some of the worst basketball players i've ever seen. pippen and grant are two of the few that have gone on and done well. yes, i know about brand and artest, but he traded brand, and artest is an eccentric, whose talent doesn't make up for his oddness.
i'll allow paxson the opportunity to frame his own legacy.
