Trade Help (J Rich/McDyess for R. Lewis)

Please help me with htis trade. I'm in a 13 team roto league and am in 8th place. Someone just offered me J Rich and Dice for Shard. Should I accept? J Rich has been tearing it up as of late and Shard has been doing absolutely nothing other than hitting 3's (which J Rich now leads the league). Thoughts??? I'm pretty bad in most categories in the roto league as I'm in 8th so there's not just one category I need to improve in. Thanks.

Who would you drop to take on Dice. That would be the deciding factor. JRich and Lewis are even enough to be a wash.

the league i am in only starts 6 players a pg, sg, sf, pf, c, and util just to put into persepective that you only start great players.. as possible drops i would consider darko, battier, collison, or francisco .. which one would you drop

If you drop Darko is could be a good deal for you. But then again, if you would never start Darko or McDyess anyway, then it's really just Shard for JRich, which I would not do if I was you.(It's close, but SHard is better, and plays a position of higher demand).
