We all know that Tim Thomas had his greatest succes here in Phoenix so here goes my trade proposal:
Suns trade:
Marcus Banks (3.8 mil)
Alando Tucker ($935,000)
Sean Marks( 1.1 mil) expiring contract
Atlanta's Pick (10-15)
Clippers trade:
Tim Thomas (5.6 mil)
Why for the Clippers:
Well the Clippers ain't going to need a point guard once Shuan Liningston comes back. So I think that Banks is the perfect complement for Livingston. Shaun is a 6"7 pg while Banks is a 6"3 shooting guard. They are both young and both are good defenders. Then you add a a stud in Al Thorton who is 6'7 as well. Then you front court would consist of Elton Brand and Chris Kaman and thats a preatty good line up for the future.
Beleive me when I say this, Marcus Banks can ball the think is that our coach wants him to play like Steve Nash. With the Atlanta's pick you can add a young player like a Roy Hibbert or a Kevin Love and you guys would be se for the future.
Why for the Suns:
Tim Thomas is the perfect fit for the Suns in this lineup. Thomas is athletic, can spread the floor and is about 6"10. He would complement Amare and would open up the lanes for Steve Nash, Barbosa and Amare.

Ugh, sure, there are several Suns fans who'd like to see Tim play for us again, but not at this price. At least take out Tucker, who was our 1st round pick this year, since there's no reason to use him as a throw-in. This deal works without him salary-wise.
