New Jersey gets a more straight up 2 guard who is a better shooter

Milwaukee gets a more gate-name in VC and would fit with a running MoWill, CV, etc better than Redd. I would instantly add contract incentives to Carter's contract based on minutes played, dunks made and playoff games.

While Redd is probably the better player, Carter is worth more due to his higher marketing value. The Nets need more.
