1. Mavericks
2. Pistons
3. Celtics
4. Suns
5. Spurs
6. Hornets
7. Blazers
8. Lakers
9. Warriors
10. Raptors

Note: posted prior to the Lakers vs Suns game

^ I know, it was difficult for me too, too much parity and too many inconsistant teams right now and I expect to get some disagreements.

West is too hard to rank right now..Spurs were 17-3 before the injuries, but playing like **** right now..the Suns haven't been as good as expected IMO..the Lakers were playing great, but the loss of Bynum will hurt..the Nuggets, Warriors and Hornets are inconsistent..Portland isn't as good as the top teams..the Jazz and Rockets are disappointments..

I guess I expect the Mavs to start playing the best in the next few weeks..I really have no idea who will win the West this year..the way SA was playing in the first 2 months, I thought it would definitely be a repeat..but now, it's hard to rank..

the East is easy..Boston and Detroit are the only contenders..

Pretty much 8 west teams, the pistons and celtics.

And Portland i ofcourse included.
