There just aren't that many Oregon HS football players that are on D-I level right now that deserve a schollie. I'm sure Oregon will get a few walk-ons (same with Oregon State) from the state of Oregon that will earn a schollie as they develop.
Hell if you look at Oregon's starters (even considering the injuries) I think at most was maybe 3-4 guys from the state of Oregon. Almost all of them were from Cali.
The fun part is Oregon isn't done recruiting yet...

Ducks also have a 5 star RB from Virgina coming in for a visit too.

I could careless about landing Oregon recruits. If you want to see how good Oregon produces college players, look at the records of UO and OSU in the 70's and 80's. Yea, not pretty.

Eh, Enqrique Davis isn't as good as LaMichael James in my opinion. He decommited from Auburn which is strange. He has a slower 40 time than both Barner and James.

Reported 40 times are meaningless. We dont know if their hand or electronic timed or what the conditions were when timed. Type of turf and amount of wind can make a big difference. For example the Nike camps at UO are notorious for slow 40's. Jonathan Stewart ran a 4.52 their which was one of the fast of the camp(4.47 was tops that year).
I havent seen Davis or James play enough to know which one is better but I would take both.
