Game Thread: Charlotte @ Golden State 2-1-08 10:30pm

Post#1 » by SteveMorrison15 » Fri Feb 1, 2008 2:40 am

Tonight is a very special game in Golden State. It's the Homecoming for The Warriors Golden Boy: Jason Richardson.

I have noticed that the year 2008 marks the 15th year anniversary of a VERY SPECIAL video game.

NBA Jam!!!

So I have decided to make a few games this season NBA Jam themed. This game is NBA Jam themed.

Enjoy this very special Game Thread.

He plays well here, look for him to go off. He may even have a fan base cheering him so that'll encourage him.

Image

B-Diddy was snubbed. look for him to beat us down.

Road Trip Continues!!!

If NBA Jam had to make the rosters for each team, this is how i would see it.

G-State fans: I hope the stats are accurate for Davis and Jackson.

Image

Fans seen at Home games for each team. Alba and Hudson for G-State and Nelly and Jeter for Charlotte.

Image

Chris Webber, Jason Richardson, and Earl Boykins are all in Golden State. I don't know the minutes but we'll see.

Steve, you're great as usual. Everyone should also check out Golden State's game thread. They really miss J-Rich and have put together a picture/video intro to honor his play while he was there. Hopefully he can add to those amazing moments with another few tomorrow night.

I think you should upgrade Jackson's defense. Otherwise, awesome.

HAPPY J-RiCH DAY EVERYBODY! welcome to the bay. i caught your win against the clips and you all look pretty solid. jason and wallace work well together. i can't speak for any other warrior fan, but to me, this feels more like a family reunion. i hope jason goes off (but not too much  ) and it's a great game.

with webber back, jason returning and baron being snubbed this could be a very emotional game - even if c-webb doesn't play. i can't wait.

i was certain alba rated pretty high in 3s and defense.

looking forward to seeing earl. i hope he gets some burn.

i really hope this game is not a blowout.

dare i say... most anticipated game of the year for us? or would that have been the espn game against the magic?

Warriors vs. Bobcats at a club, Richardson was the host of a party--lots of Warriors were invited, just not Bdiddy.

yadayadayada

jocktalk

Baron Davis makes Jax take his shirt off, after which the Bobcat contingent left to get some sleep.

Should be a competitive game of hoops!!!

Boykins has been watching the Bobcats for a couple of weeks, he thinks he can really help push us into the playoffs.
