Question for those in dynasty leagues

Post#1 » by fatlever » Fri Feb 8, 2008 4:37 pm

this year i joined a brand new dynasty league. this is our first full year. currently our league is hosted on yahoo. we are concerned with how we will handle the draft next summer and beyond once people begin trading future draft picks. i would imagine that trading picks makes using the live draft feature a nightmare for returning dynasty leagues, due to people drafting out of position or having several picks in the same round. we are considering having an offline draft instead, but since we have people located around the world it will have to be an email draft, which is the ideal solution.

how does everyone else deal with this problem? can you trade picks using the yahoo live draft site? is there a better free league site to manage our league?

thanks.

Do an off line draft. You can set up a thread here to do it. Once someone picks the next person gets say 12 hours to picks. Works great.

Yeah, you'll notice the keeper and dynasty leagues going through offline drafts on this board all through the offseason. I'm sure one more wouldn't hurt.
