I don't get why a Mike Miller trade needs to happen. His contract is fairly reasonable. Unless they can convince Iggy to sign with them, there's really no point to add a bit more cap space just to sign a guy worse than him for a similar contract (think Peterson, Kapono, Desmond Mason type signings). If Memphis' GM is silly enough to give him up for scraps, ending deals, and picks, I sure hope BC steals him away.

nothing is going to happen. Remember last year, ppl said Bibby, Gasol, Wallace, and all the other guys were going to get traded but nothing happened. Raptors were the only team to pull off the best trade for the deadline, and it was FREAKIN" dixon........for jones.

Well I was going to say that not a damn thing needs to happen, but since this information is coming from IGN, I suppose GM's around the league should give this some serious thought.

Bah, I was expecting trade proposals, not just names of players that need to be traded.

I only expect 2 out of those 10 players to be traded by the deadline.

I don't see Andre Miller going anywhere. Philly could be a good team next year they will have some cap space, and if they can pick up a star (Marion?) they would be in playoff contention in the East.

Is Pietrus really an upgrade over what we have now?

Kirilenko in a Raptors uniform would be great.

I am convinced that there is not a better fit at SF than Kirilenko to make a Bosh-Bargnani pairing work. That being said, I just don't see us having the pieces to make a trade that would benefit both teams. It would have to be a three way deal for sure.

Well, it looks like you can cross JKidd off that list!

:o

Who's next?

I'll put a guess that Randolph will be next.

How about this from espn (insider needed to read article)

Memphis also is fielding offers for Mike Miller but is trying to include little-used, heavily compensated forward Brian Cardinal

Ugh, just looked him up on nba.com, and the numbers are not good. He wouldn't ever play, and costs about $6.5M/year for the next 2 years.

I don't see our BC going for that...
