Moves to make the Raptors a Contender

I have to admit I'm not a Raps fan but I do follow them somewhat closely, so I started to wonder what trades might put you guys over the top. Maybe my assessment is wrong I think what this team is missing is quality wing players. Maybe the Raps can go after a Michael Redd how about this controversial name of Vince Carter. Well I have composed a trade where the Raps get both players(lol). Anyways what are your realistic(unlike the one i made) trade offers. I wonder what the reaction would be if the Raps did get VC on the cheap though. here's the trade

Raps get Redd and Carter
NJ gets Barganni, Rasho, and Garbajose
Mil gets Parker, TJ.

Humphries/Baston
Bosh/Joey (I guess he who have to do since you guys would be thin up front)
Carter/Moon
Redd/Delfino
Calderon/Dixon

Cap flexibility would all be gone but this team is only 2nd round draft role players away from being a contender i think, however it is moot as it is unrealistic to think that trade would happen. Although I'm sure the Raps could get one of those 2 players.

Obviously, the talent we receive is completely unrealistic. Carter back probably won't happen, interior defense won't happen.

No way would the Raps be a contender with Humphries and Baston being our two centers.

And both Redd and Carter have questionable shot selections the past few years.

Anyways, how about...?

Moves to make Raptors a contender?

Trade Delfino and Garbo to the Hawks for Josh Smith and Al Horford.
Trade Dixon and Humphries to the Pacers for Jeff Foster.

If we aren't a contender with those trades... well, atleast we'd be better than we are now. =/

Am, have you looked at the records of the two guys you want to bring here?

Both volume shooters with one purpose- shoot- shoot and shoot some more!!

Both also play very questionable defense if any at all.

Most of all your post title- Moves to make the Raptors a Contender WOW Thats all I have to say.
