inspired by all these trades , with not all teams having played the same amount of games changing throughout each day could a player play every game for his former team that get traded to a team that has played 1-2 games less then his former team and play every game for them and end up with 83-84 games played , has this ever happened before?

According to wikipedia the record is 88 by Walt Bellamy, 1968-69

No idea whether that's correct or not.

That is correct. Got traded from the Knicks to the Pistons that year.

How does that affect a paycheque?

Or are players paid on a bi-weekly basis regardless.

There has been several occasions of players playing 83-84 games in a season becuase of a mid season trade. the record is 88 by Bellemy, but some other guys have played 87 in a year. about 5 years ago, somebody had they played in every game for their teams would have been close to playing 100 games. I forget who it was though, but I remember reading something about it at the time.
