Which star player will be traded for expiring deals in 2009?

It seems to happen every year now. This year it happened almost every week. Which star player next year will be traded by a team looking to dump salary and start over? I ask this question because I know the Cavs have almost $30 million in expiring deals next year so they will be a huge player in this area. Some guys that come to mind....

-Andre Miller
-Michael Redd
-Vince Carter
-Mike Miller
-Elton Brand (??)
-Zach Randolph
-Ron Artest (if he doesn't opt-out)
-Jermaine O'Neal

Do you think the Cavs could make a play for any of those players? Maybe Wally's huge expiring contract and a pick or 2 for a guy like Michael Redd or Vince Carter? LeBron would finally get his #2.
