Only a poor shooting night kept them from winning by double digits.

I found this quote interesting.

If the Pistons are playing the Spurs, and they have a "poor shooting night" its because of the great defense the Spurs played. However, with the Nuggets, we just got lucky they weren't hitting their shots.

Also of note, the Mavs statistically have more offensive possesions that are ISOs than any other team in the league, yet no one ever mentions that. I find it especially odd for them since they run an offense with two PGs.

While their is some merit to the point he is trying to make, I think the author could have picked a better game to use to make his point, as the Nuggets overall played a good game last night and ultimately lost to the better team.

I think it depends on what team shows up. This team, for some reason, lets down to easy in games. At other times they are very selfish and don't share the ball, but when they put it all together and play like they should they look great (doesn't seem to happen as often as it should though).

The thing that I think will kill us down the stretch more then anything else will be size in the backcourt and fatigue. We only use a 7 or 8 man rotation, and when Kleiza or Smith are not on it shows up in the loss column because they are the only two players that really provide us with any points off of the bench.
