very creative article but not funny at all.....it would of been funnier if it was about the Hornets since they are a top 3 team and no one in NO knows about it....we still get better attendance then the Nets, 76ers, and Hornets 3 teams who are in the playoffs if the season ended today.

yes it is...he basically runs the BC.if you been to the BC I am 100% sure you have seen him but didn't know who he is.

i doubt they pay any attention to the onion. most of them probably dont like sports, so they wouldn't see simmons article on ESPN

Saying we are above Philly, NJ and NO isn't saying much. And that's tickets sold. In terms of actual of butts in the seats we may well be below them. The actual attendance has been way below tickets sold.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Gotta love the Onion, always fun to read. And you gotta love the people who have to correct an Onion article... "Stars on ice was last week"... You may not know, but the Onion isn't exactly worried about being correct.
