After flirting with retirement for years, Brett Favre means it this time. The Green Bay Packers quarterback quit after a 17-season career in which he dazzled fans with his grit, heart and rocket of an arm.litex wrote:I'm pretty sure that, no matter what he does, Lebron will never have "tittles" like Shaquille O'Neal does, or for that matter, Chales Barkley.

Dwight Howard on his FT struggles:
"I just think everybody needs to stop talking about it," Howard said. "There's more to life than free throws."

i thought this was a wade/barkley commercial lol....but yeah very surprising, but i do think he'll be back, he's too good to retire...he's tired now, but give him an off season...he'll be back, maybe not as a starter and maybe not with the packers, but he'll be back with a contender

about time
Yeah he had such a bad year ... lots of picks.
I'm going to miss his youthful enthusiasm.

green bay has always been my nfc squad, its sad to see him go. but i think its better this way, they wouldn't get as far next year. I mean he threw an INT, IN OT, AT GREENBAY. thats a bad omen if he were to come back. he has his ring, goin down as one the top 5 QB's ever, let him ride off into the sunset

Whether you think you CAN or you think you CAN'T, you're right.
