The Knicks were able to pull Allan Houston and Larry Johnson just as recent as 1996, so who knows how this can shake out :-?

I don't see why any player that is not clinically insane would even consider signing with the Knicks... Much less a player like LBJ ?

Stay away from that circus..

Knick fan here.

I hate to say it to you guys, but Lebron is gone in 2011.

He is headed to NY, but unfortunately i think it will be with the Nets in Brooklyn.

Any player who thinks as highly of himself (and rightfully so) as Lebron, and any individual who wants to become a billionaire, and whose income depends a lot on exposure, would want to come to as large a market as they could.

Lebron wants to win a championship for Cleveland (and i think he will between now and then), but after that he is going to move on to other places simply for more exposure and a new challenge.

I think it is unfair, but i do believe it to be true.......and as a Knick fan, i hope that the Nets keep delaying their move to Brooklyn, because there isn

Why would Lebron leave Cleveland? It's his hometown and Beasley, Mayo, Gordon and even Derrick Rose will never become better than Daniel Gibson.

Who cares about the extra 100-150 million he will get in New York, it's not like Lebron wants to be a billionaire or anything, he is about winning championships

and look this is obvious proof right here that Lebron is not a Knicks fan http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archi ... nicks_fan/
