survive and make it to the playoffs? Fisher injured, kobe injured and not enough substitution... team is in a downward drift. The news say they aren't looking to be getting healthier any time soon.

They just have to go 5-4 to clinch, and that's if Denver wins their last 10 games...

There's no chance LA misses the playoffs...

The real question to ask is:

DO the lakers have the WORST PERIMETER DEFENSE of ALL the remaining playoff contenders.

Walton
Vlad
Fisher
Farmar
Sasha

Terrible on pick and roll
Terrible on isolation man to man D
Terrible on boards

Terrible in dribble penetration

Basically, they SUCK in general. Sure they'll play well in spurts....but any player can do that.

I mean does ANYONE really think the lakers have MORe talent than the Grizz role players.

NOT LIKELY...lol.

They don't even have to do that well as Dallas and Golden state are virtually tied with Denver (and likely will be tied after sunday). They can't all 3 win all of their games after that.

LA is a lock, the problem they face is a couple more losses and they could open with the Suns or Spurs without home court.

it really has been a strange time for the lakers with Gasol out. They beat the two best home teams in the league on the road in consecutive games then they lose to the two worst road teams in the league at home in back to back games.

You're so pessimistic. When Pau comes back Lakers will be alright.

Lakers will be fine and will represent the West in the Finals.
