Which Big Man?

Post#1 » by vincecarter4pres » Thu May 1, 2008 8:12 pm

Who would you rather have and why?

We will assume it is RJ, Sean Williams, possibly Marcus and a protected 1st dealt for said player except for Camby or Wilcox.

Please no long explanations of why any of these players would not be available.
That is obvious and not the point of this poll.

For a rebuild Bogut or Okafor because they're young.

For trying to contend Dirk then Brand just because they're by far the best players with the least flaws.

By the way, if Rod doesn't pull off the blockbuster trade, or hell even if he thinks he is going to after the draft, would you guys trade Swift and the 21st pick for Wilcox?

I would.
Truthfully I don't know if that's nearly enough for him.
He has an expiring contract for a little more than 6 mill, but would be much more sought after then Swift.

But anyway, even if Rod pulled off the big deal for lets say Brand, JO or Marion, he would probrably be giving up S.Will or Boone, so Wilcox could start next to whoever he got.

I read reecently that there is a way for NJ to get JO or Brand without giving up RJ.

if that is the case i'll take either JO or Brand.

No problem. but in that case, let's just go for brand.

RJ/Boone for Brand..or something like that
