long time hawks fan and lurker of this forum. Thought I would try my hand at posting. My Thoughts on what could happen this offseason. Let me know what you think

rade: Mike Bibby to Portland
Receive: Jarrett Jack, Raef Lafrentz, 3 2nd rd picks

Trade: Marvin Williams, Zaza Pachulia and future first to memphis
Recieve: Mike Miller, Hakim Warrick, 2nd rd pick this year

Use 4 2nd rd picks to try and move into the bottom of the 1st round as teams will want non guaranteed salaries instead . Pick up best big available ( should be someone like Jason Thompson from Rider )

Sign Jarvis Hayes to full MLE

Attempt to get NBA to take Injury pitty and let you write off Speedy ( t.Brandon precident )

Keep Billy Knight ( 1 yr opt on contract) fire Woody, raise Larry Drew to coach, get dominique on coaching staff to help young kids. They all look up to him. Larry Drew helps to keep continuity while keeping the guys with teaching ability on staff. Billy has hit more than he has missed on good players, coaching has not allowed development.

Good athletic uptempo team with outside shooting abilibty, every is realitivly young and has ties to the Atlanta and southeast area except Lafrentz who really is only here 1 year. Pick will replace lafrentz.
