Yeah I did say it but that didn't mean I believed it.
But we're a whole different animal, Hornet lacked the size on the front line to combat you guys we have more then enough depth in our front court.

Any way we've tangled this dance before so let's get at y'all.

And I believe the Lakers are the better team, I guess we will wait to see. :) I think the Utah jazz prepare us way more for the spurs then the Hornets prepared the spurs for the LAKers...and thats what it comes down to...you just don't know whats coming.

You are entitled to believe in pipe dreams Rasho ! Just to let you know every time the Spurs was defending champs the Lakers ended the run the next season. And looks like it's going to happen again.

All those "old" guys on your squad should be dragging on their last legs by game 4. Let's do this

I hope you guys beat LA and face Detroit in the NBA Finals. It would get like 3-4 times less ratings than Boston/LA would. LOL Suck it, STERN!

And I personally would rather watch Spurs/Pistons again.

That is not true. I am a Laker fan btw....
Spurs won in 1999, Lakers won the title the next year but they were not the ones to take out the Spurs.
Spurs won in 2003, Lakers beat Spurs in 2004 4-2.
Spurs won in 2005, Lakers lost to PHX the next season.
They were champions last year... Lakers are facing them this year. Hopefully they will beat them though.

Spurs in 6 games

Going to be a fun series, Lakers are quite a team, and with Bynum on the horizon, probably (can't be definite with his health), even moreso in the future.

DEEP3CL wrote:I wouldn't the Hornets are quicker more athletic and physically stronger then the Spurs. Hornets take that series in 6. I wish Pop has the nerve to put Bowen on Paul, he'll destroy Bowen forever in that series.

I don't see what the point of a direct statement is if you don't believe it.

Regardless of anything, you were just wrong.
