It's hard to include Krstic and a pick in this deal as Krstic would have to be signed and traded, and that cannot be done until almost a month after the draft. Thus, we'd have to illegally negotiate with Krstic or NJ would have to pick the player we want, and then hope and pray that Krstic eventually one day agrees to a sign and trade to us, and not someone else, or else they're stuck with a draft pick they don't really want or need.

Meh, I'd pass. This is trading JO for a handful of dimes, and the piggybank of an NBA team only holds fifteen coins since you only get fifteen roster spots.
Dimes aren't worth much in the NBA. We need some paper currency, in large denominations. So I'd rather hold out for another year, see if JO's value goes up (it should, even if for no other reason than that he'll be an expiring contract next summer), and see if we can't get some paper.

You have to give the #11 pick, and take Hassell instead of KVH, to make that considerable for them.
Now WHY would we give up a first rounder for Marcus Williams? He's not a bad player, but not amazing either. I assume you're saying we should give up the pick to get rid of Tinsley, but I think we'd all pretty much rather just pay him for 40 games a year than give up a first round pick to get rid of him.

Have them Draft first so salaries could count towards the trade. Now Scoot made a good point about Kristic and a S&T. But to be honest I tend to think teams make deals "illegaly" more often than we know. Also I would have to think Kristic would be happy to come into a new atmosphere and a team thats building, and he could potentially be a starter, and florish. If this could get done I'd do it.

I'm sure teams make moves illegally in many cases, but I don't think negotiating with a player that's not on their own roster during the negotiating blackout is one of those things a team wants. Is Nenad Krstic worth giving up 3-5 1st round picks in the future to you? I don't think so.
Also, if they draft the player, there is no salary assigned to his draft rights until he signs with the team that drafted him, and then at that point, he cannot be traded for 30 days or more due to signing restrictions.
