does anybody know aproximately how long the court case will last? because the draft is on the 26th, im figuring the case will not be decided by then so it could be a lose lose situation for us... if bennet wins the case we obviously lose. if the team is turned over before the draft, Schultz would have no workouts and hardly any idea on who to pick. Also, we could win the case after the draft, and have Bennett making all the choices for us. Or if he thinks he will lose the case but its not over, he picks a bunch of players we have never even heard of.
I mean if we win the case I could care less about who is drafted, but we could have potentially a very interesting draft.

Unless there's some sort of settlement, I doubt anything will be decided before the draft.

So Bennett pretty much has to act as if he's going to eventually get the team, and therefore have Presti act according to what he thinks are in the team's best interest during the draft.
