Perk's Shoulder.
Wonder how it is. It would suck if it was dislocated and he could not be on the floor/bench when/if we win. He and TA have been here the 2nd longest.
Doc said he does not know how it is.

Perk will definitely tough it out!
As for the wait till Bynum is back crowd, I think Perk will match up better against those Lakers than these Lakers. That offense will be different but not in a better way the spacing won't be the same as it is now (minus Vlad a 3pt shooter)! Thats a topic for next year though

Hasn't Perkins played well against Bynum this season. Granted Perkins isn't Russell and Bynum isn't Chamberlain. Still, if these two young centers can remain players long term with their teams. This will be a nice little match up to look forward to in the coming seasons.
About the Lakers, my question is how much more in salary will Bynum and agent desire in a contract extension. What's Odom's future with one year remaining on his contract? I believe he'll be traded. Fisher isn't getting younger... So, is Farmar their answer at starting point guard for the foreseeable future? Will Bryant exercise his player's option after next season?
In my opinion, Boston's starting five is set without a position to upgrade except at center. But, Perkins is fine and works well as a tandem with Garnett.

It's that same troublesome shoulder that he's had problems with since high school. Unfortunately, it' something that's going to follow him his entire career.
It doesn't sound as if it is especially injured at this time and he'll likely remain effective (in his role) for the remainder of the series though.
