McBride was our first round pick in 2001.

All I can tell you is that he's nothing short of unspectacular.

Ledezma wasn't anything to write home about either.

Essentially the Tigers traded a lefty with no more minor league options for a lefty who still has minor league options.

Basically they now don't have to see if the lefty will clear waivers before they can send him down to the minors to create roster space.
