Rate my team, improvements i can make, trades i should do

Here is my fantasy baseball team from yahoo regular settings.

I know i have a lot of pitching. But my offense is just making it by average everyone is almost hitting above .300.

I was thinking about trading Brandon Webb for Pierre to get SB and get that stat locked up but then i will go down some in average. Or should i go after a power player and who could i get for brandon webb/rich hill two guys that i want to trade. One not both.
