Every year some goof ball gets a buddy who's Dad's brother's uncle's cousin has a meat market in the west side and they're able to get a carcass of a goat. Then the goofball has enough balls to hang it up on the Harry Carry statue.
One year someone told me they managed to get it on the field. Dont' know if its true but this is the footage from this year when the cops cut the carcass down from the statue.
