FORT MYERS, Fla. (AP) -- Boston Red Sox scout Jesse Levis has been charged with lewd and lascivious behavior after an incident at a hotel, according to a police report.

The incident occurred Sunday night in Port St. Lucie in a hotel room that looked out on a pool where two teenage girls saw him, the report said.

Here is my question. What if he set up a camera, overlooking the pool, and several hours later masturbated to that. Is that illegal? Girls are clothed and not engaging in sex so I don't see what is pornographic about that. And if that's not illegal, why is what he does in his hotel room illegal? This is silly. mahalo

I think it is illegal to tape somebody without their consent. Of course, it's only really enforced in situations like you mention.
