OT: Fantasy Football Question

I need to chose one between...

1. Stephen Jackson vs. GB
2. Lendale White @ KC
3. Kevin Jones @ SD

I've pretty much ruled out Kevin Jones because you never know what your going to get from his. So really it's between SJ and LW. I hate playing guys against the packers, but it's tough to sit him, but then again white has a favorable matchup against KC...what would you guys do?
