Anybody get a load of some of thisnew ad campaign taking shots at the other sports leagues? I think its petty in the first place, but advertising isnt the reason ive stopped following the sport. "one game a week; is the N in NFL for Nancy?" are you kidding? have you watched the NHL in the last few years? do they realize theyve taken fighting and toughness out of the game? do they know theres never been a thinner line between hockey and figure skating?
im all for real hockey, but that pretty much means watching college or minors these days.
its a hypocritical way to try and get your fan base back, why not focus on whats wrong with the hockey product.
