Got a win even during a poorly played game for us, especially our defense.

This really is crazy how the Hawks have just been able to hand to the Wings time after time.

I just watched highlights and saw that the Hawks had 3 short-handed goals. That is insane

not that i am complaining, but why are the Blackhawks beating a top tier team in Red Wings, but seem to loose very time to Columbus or Nashville.

Well, they were due for a good run with all the first round picks finally coming together. Kane, Toews, Havlat, and Ruttu all look good. Imagine this team in 3-5 years.

The Hawks have a good foundation of youth to build around. They'll need to make smart decisions in regards to free agency, and they'll be an elite team in no time.
