I'd be willing to make the sacrifice of having my clothes custom made if it meant I would become a multi-millionaire and the single biggest sports star of my home country of 1.3 billion. But maybe thats just me as it is a HUGE sacrifice I'd be making.

with yao's money getting clothes aint nothin. he probably has somebody come to his house and measure him and his assistant gives those measurements to clothing companies, and he can basically order something and have it whenever he needs it.
